On Oct 8, 2026, LUMI Group officially moved into Hangu Building -our new headquarters in Ningbo, China, marking an important milestone in the Group’s continued growth. The building features a distinctive U-shaped design inspired by flowing water and a mountain valley, embodying the idea that “a canal is formed when water comes”—when conditions are ripe, success will come. This concept reflects the cultural philosophy of LUMI Group.
Representing 21+ years of the Group's heritage and a vision for the future, Hangu Building provides a fresh working environment that inspires the team and encourages new ways of working.
Inside LUMI’s Modern Workplace
The first floor features a reception area, an interview area, and a café; the second floor houses a cafeteria; and the third floor serves as the showroom. Floors 4–9 accommodate office areas for the Group's nearly 1,000 employees.
The office environment combines bright, spacious work areas with ergonomic setups featuring standing desks, ergonomic chairs, and monitor arms. Casual discussion and lounge areas, along with the outdoor garden, add a more relaxed dimension to the workplace, while the café, on-site cafeteria, and pantry bring everyday amenities. Together, these features contribute to a well-rounded workplace that supports both daily work and employee well-being.
In addition to open work areas, dedicated meeting rooms provide space for internal discussions and communication with customers and business partners. These spaces seamlessly support day-to-day collaboration and provide a professional setting for customer visits.
